Thank you for purchasing at www.picoshirt.com and supporting our brand. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if it is not, we will do everything possible to improve this. If you wish to make a change or return follow the instructions indicated below.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- Send an email to email@example.com with the reason and the details of your return.
- When we receive your returned merchandise,we will refund your money using the original payment method.
- The handling and postage costs are not refundable.
- Items purchased in liquidation can not be returned.

If you are exchanging an item for another color or another size or an item of equal value, we will send you your new item immediately after receiving the item you wish to exchange. Send your item to:
